Coachworks was established in 1989 by Evan and Sue Isaacs. Coachworks is a Queensland based family company specialising in the building, repair and refurbishment of buses and coaches, including chassis modification and manufacture of specialised vehicles.
Our 55 strong workforce is augmented by contractors and working partnerships throughout Australia and New Zealand, which enables us to deliver broad ranging services from a comprehensive variety of accident repairs, to chassis modifications, through to the manufacture of specialised vehicles.
Continuing the family tradition is second generation family member Scott Isaacs, who took the helm of the company in 2002. Scott has focused on business growth, extending networks through outsourcing and dedicated suppliers of parts and services, to deliver unequalled experience, expertise and professionalism to the industry.
With clear foresight and an understanding of their commitment to future growth by Sue and Evan, the Coachworks facility remains in its original location at Acacia Ridge in Brisbane.
This geographical foundation has enabled the company to effectively grow, in place, to service the bus and coach industry of Australia and New Zealand, through its close proximity to rail and road freight terminals.
Since 1989, we have enjoyed the confidence of over 250 bus and coach companies across Australia and New Zealand.
With a clear understanding of what is required to make buses and coaches stay on the road, Coachworks continues to grow and learn to ensure that we are at the forefront of new technologies so our clients are driving smarter, safer and longer than anyone else.
